Happy Birthday

Today is my husband's 32nd bday! I can't believe I'm married to such an old man jk.

Happy Birthday honey!!

We are going out to dinner tonight and then we have a birthday party to go to tomorrow and then he's going paintballing with the guys on Sunday. Hopefully he doesn't get hurt now that he's so old. I hear your bones take longer to heal when your old. :)

I got to go shopping for my friends daughter for clothes and now I think I am ready for a daughter, I just don't think my wallet is. ha

Almost...Easter.

Of course another holiday and another chance for me to dress my kid up in outfits he will hate me for later :)

I love Easter and can't wait till Aven is old enough to love it too. I love the warm weather and all the flowers in bloom.

My sister told me about this book which I really love. Aven is still to young to know anything I'm doing but some of you that have older kids out there might enjoy it.

My friend Missy who I met online when I was pregnant with Aven had to say goodbye to her husband this morning. He is leaving for Iraq. My heart breaks for their family her son is Aven's age and she has another girl on the way due in August. Please keep them in your prayers that he returns home fast and safe and that she stay strong while he is away. She was also in the Marines and is such strong woman. I don't know how she does it. These pictures break my heart. It reminds me not to complain when my husband has to leave for a little weekend business trip.

9 Months

Yesterday Aven turned 9 months. My sister and I usually try to get together on the 30th of each month to take pictures of both our babies since they were both born on the 30th one month apart. Since we had a BBQ on Sunday she took a few pictures of them. I can't wait to see them grow up together. I know they will be really close. I can't believe my baby is so big already. He has no intrest in crawling either. Finley will be soon running circles around him.

Weekend

We had a really good weekend. Johnny was in Vegas till Saturday evening so we went out to my brothers house so Aven could spend some time with his cousins. We went to my niece Chalice's softball game. We don't get to see them as often as we'd like so it was nice to see them.

Aven is in awe of his cousin and couldn't keep his hands off him. Cylis just sat there so quite and let him do it.

Welcome to the World!

One of my best friends Sommer who I threw the shower for had her baby last night. I am beyond excited for them. He is such a cutie. I'm so excited Aven will have a new friend so close by. I can't wait to get my hands on him :)

I love myself

As you may have read in some previous blogs how Aven loves to see himself in the mirror. I was trying to get some work done and he made it pretty hard with his screaming at himself in the mirror. You can also see he has been trying to practice his waving that I've been trying to teach him the past week.
